    摘要: The purpose of this research is to develop an automatic LPR system through the development of coordinates the angle correction algorithm and the combination of Connected Component Theory. Meanwhile, this research used Optical Instrument as the source of images. After the processing of obtaining the images, it is analyzed by means of the technique of recognition, like Character string segmentation or Standardization, to heighten the image of LPR..
