    Title: 琥珀古生物DNA之探討

    Abstract: 古生物復育是全世界研究物種起源、生物演化學者極感興趣的研究題目，對生命科學的探討意義深遠。本計畫使用經過鑑定，距今四千六百萬年前之琥珀，以酚/氯仿法萃取琥珀中的古生物組織DNA，將萃取到之古生物DNA，先以逢機增殖多態性(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA；RAPD)進行指紋分析，接著以數十種特定核酸引子，進行聚合酶鏈鎖反應快速擴增特定DNA進行物種比對。期望提供古生物學家對遠古世界研究的參考。
