    Title: 蔬果與中草藥發酵液對克服小鼠肝臟細胞株 FL83B 胰島素抗性的效果

    Abstract: 胰島素抵抗(Insulin resistance, IR)被認為是第二型糖尿病的徵兆,當細胞產生胰島素抵抗會導致葡萄糖轉運蛋白4(glucose transporter type 4, GLUT4)無法正常的對葡萄糖的吸收。本研究探討蔬果與中草藥發酵液對經誘導產生胰島素抵抗的小鼠細胞株FL83B的GLUT4和peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ) 的mRNA表現的影響,並觀察蔬果與中草藥發酵液是否能調控GLUT4和PPAR-γ mRNA的表現,來增加胰島素敏感性。首先以腫瘤壞死因子-α (tumor necrosis factor – alpha, TNF-α)誘導小鼠FL83B肝臟細胞產生胰島素抗性,再給予蔬果與中草藥發酵液,再以反轉錄聚合酶連鎖反應 (RT-PCR)測定GLUT4和PPAR-γ mRNA的表現。結果發現給予蔬果與中草藥發酵液B比對照組的GLUT4和PPAR-γ mRNA表現更為明顯,這表示蔬果與中草藥發酵液能增加GLUT4和PPAR-γ的表現,從而增加細胞對胰島素的敏感性。
