    Title: 親脂性活性物質包覆對微乳化穩定性影響之探討

    Abstract: 本計畫以SF4I微乳化配方為載體,針對Alpha Tocopherol、Coenzyme Q(Q10)、Kojic Dipalmitate及Chromabright四種親脂性活性成份,進行O/W型態微乳化的包覆,並以不同溫度條件測試其微乳化結構的穩定性。初步的結果顯示,SF4I混合物確實能以O/W型態微乳化包覆Alpha Tocopherol、Coenzyme Q(Q10)、Kojic Dipalmitate及Chromabright,但包覆的量有所差異。Alpha Tocopherol的包覆量介於0.5-1.5%之間,但在1.5%時,當測試溫度為50oC,出現微乳化不穩定的情形。對Coenzyme Q(Q10)、Kojic Dipalmitate及Chromabright而言,當濃度介於0.05-0.2%時,三者均能形成穩定的微乳化結構,並不受測試溫度差異而影響。以上結果顯示SF4I微乳化配方可作為親脂成份的包覆載體平台,具有應用在化妝品開發的潛力。
