    Abstract: 本計畫利用過去所研發的SF4I微乳化配方,進行W/O型態微乳化製備,目前已篩選出三個W/O型態微乳化配方A、B、C,此三個配方是以SF4I、propylene glycol、mineral oil及水為成份所形成的微乳化結構。以此三個配方作為W/O/W多重乳化的油相,分別以50/50及40/60(W/W)的比例和6%的Tween60水溶液進行二次乳化以製備W/O/W型態的多重乳化,此二次乳化的樣品經離心試驗,均出現油水分離的現象。這些結果顯示目前所搭配的二次界面活性劑(secondary surfactant)是無法建構穩定的多重乳化結構。
