    Abstract: 欖李所含的化學成分已有文獻的記載,藥理活性具有抗高血壓及抗菌活性。欖李根部含抗氧化劑,所以能消除體內過多的自由基。超臨界流體萃取技術是一種以超臨界流體代替傳統的有機溶劑去萃取植物或其他物質,最常使用的就是二氧化碳,其萃取原理是利用二氧化碳在溫度及壓力控制下,超過其臨界溫度及臨界壓力時,達到超臨界流體狀態,其具有容易滲入組織,產生萃取功能。它可以在常溫的條件下抽提分離,也可以改變萃取壓力、溫度或添加助溶劑,藉以改變萃取劑的溶解性和選擇性,因此對於從固體物質中萃取出化合物的效果極佳。本研究利用超臨界二氧化碳在不同壓力及溫度的條件下萃取欖李根部,還有在反應槽中加入各種修飾劑,如乙醇,丙酮及正己烷等,並探討不同的溫度、壓力及修飾劑對萃取的影響。
