Abstract:	醫療機構裡病患安全議題一直持續被重視。維護病患安全不僅可以避免醫療糾紛，還可以提升醫院的服務品質，進而建立病患對醫院的信賴感與提升滿意度。在我們的醫院，藉由品管圈的活動，來探討如何維護病患安全，防止意外事件的發生，我們收集一些數據(包括意外發生次數及類別等)，分析可能發生的原因、擬定對策，並運用PDCA循環模式(Plan-Do-Check-Action modle)之設計。對策實施後4個月，病患意外事件發生率平均值由0.20％降至0.10％。運用PDCA循環模式，可有效防止物理治療病患意外事件的發生。
