Abstract:	自由基半衰期雖然非常短暫，但化學反應性極強，與一些病理性疾病如癌症、心血管疾病等有著密切關係。欖李(Lumnitzera racemosa)屬於使君子科(Combretaceae)植物，一些化學成分報導具有抗高血壓及抗菌活性。欖李的根部及皮部有很顯著的清除DPPH自由基能力，對於肝癌細胞也有一定的抑制效果。本研究探討其對於細胞激素分泌的影響。經實驗結果發現欖李根部及樹皮部的活性萃取物對於腫瘤細胞有增加其TH2細胞激素之分泌，IL-4活化T細胞增加發炎反應。
