Abstract:	心血管病病患日趨增加，冠狀血管成型術的病患住院日數短造成連續性心臟復健照護受限。本研究目的為探討身體活動、疾病不確定感與健康行為自我效能間相互關係。採相關性研究設計以方便取樣南部某醫院心臟內科門診108位施行冠狀血管成型術後病患。結果顯示冠狀血管成型術後病患的身體活動越好、疾病不確定感越低則健康行為自我效能越高，此三者具相互關係。護理人員應評估冠狀血管成型術後病患術後疾病不確定感以提供適切的護理指導，促進病患的健康行為自我效能。
