Abstract:	所謂緊急救護就是希望在至為關鍵的「黃金時間」來進行最有效之醫療救援，讓傷患能有較高之救活率及良好癒後，但根據很多文獻顯示目前國內緊急救護之程序機制與資源仍有相當大的提昇空間，以致往往無法達成緊急救護的成功率既定目標，至為可惜。據研究顯示其中原因除了標準作業流程及到院前救護程序需加強外，也往往因一般民眾缺乏緊急救護的技能與常識而錯失了最有效的救護時機。如何提升到院前救護成效及讓民眾具備緊急救護技能，現代醫療資訊科技則扮演了一重要之角色。本研究主要目的是希望藉由建構一套智慧型行動緊急救護指導系統於個人數位助理(PDA)上來提昇緊急救護之成效。本研究之特點包括(1) 運用3D 動畫模擬技巧開發緊急意外事件發生時，進行急救術施作之視覺及語音指導系統。(2)建置重點醫療單位資料庫，以期在緊急救護時能即時提供最近醫療單位之聯絡訊息。 (3)提供病患身高、體重，血壓、血糖資訊紀錄資料庫系統以便進行個人健康管理照護。（4）提供病患病史資料系統，可於緊急救護時於到院前了解病患病史資料，加速到院後照護治療。希望經由本系統之研發，能讓使用者於平常進行練習，並熟習常用之急救要領，而從平日之健康資料建檔，做好個人健康管理。除此，更期待本系統可於民眾遭遇危急時能發揮即時急救術指導之功效。 The main purpose of this study is to implement an intelligent emergency rescue system in the personal digital assistant (PDA) to enhance the effectiveness of emergency rescue. The features of this study includes (1) the use of 3D animation techniques to develop emergency rescue procedure and knowledge for people to practice, (2) to develop a hospital and medical unit location and contact information database for the best selection of patient delivery while emergency case occurred, (3) to develop a system for patients daily health care management, patients can record their height, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose information onto the database system for personal health care. (4) to develop a patient’s medical history information system, it can provide patient’s medical treatment history and personal health situation, when emergency occurred, emergency care unit can have better pre-preparations according to patient’s medical history. Hope the system can help people have better knowledge of emergency rescue, and can practice as regular basis. Furthermore, we hope this system can provide helpful information and effect while emergency case occurred.
