Title:	無患子皂素之萃取及洗潔相關產品研發計畫

Abstract:	無患子皂苷含有37%是100%的純天然之界面活性劑,內含Soapberry Saponins 的成分,無患子皂苷具清潔、殺菌潔膚等生物活性相關產品之最佳原物料。根據工研院之資料，2004 年化妝保養品的產值為新台幣174 億元，如能將無患子開發為多元化之產品，若能佔市場10%其產值約達17.4 億元，根據文獻報告顯示無患子皂苷應具有相當研究價值，所以應予以探討其生物活性或開發相關產品。因此本研究進行無患子皂素之萃取方法及洗潔產品之配製，及黃柏及紫草天然植物色素之萃取及應用已可達產業化之應用。
