    Abstract: 本計劃預計以一年的時間,以密度泛函理論(DFT)及分子動力
    學(MD)研究於鎳-鉭(Ni/Ta)塊材金屬玻璃(BMG)形成,利用壓痕探討其機械性質原理。我們先利用密度泛函理論(DFT)求出鎳-鉭(Ni/Ta)塊材金屬玻璃(BMG)的穩定結構及其使用等效介質理論(effective-medium theory,EMT)計算勢能,再利用Force-matching method(FMM)修正並求出Ni-Ta 塊材金屬玻璃的勢能函數。在獲得Ni-Ta 塊材金屬玻璃的穩定結構後,利用壓痕行為探討機械性質,如硬度與彈性模數分析、原子級應力分析及變形分析。
