本研究目的是探討醫院護理人員排班與其他不同背景變項對工作滿意度之差異情形。以結構式量表收集資料,工作滿意度分為人際關係與工作氣氛、自主與成就感與政策與福利三個構面,以五點量表評估滿意程度,以服務於高屏地區醫院之護理人員為研究對象,採便利取樣,共取得179 份有效樣本。研究顯示「人際關係與工作氣氛」得分,以職務為護士顯著高於專科護理師;「自主與成就感」得分,以地區醫院高於醫學中心與區域醫院、職務為護理長與副護理長高於專科護理師、輪班制大於固定班、輪班制大於白班及大夜班;「政策與福利」得分,以護士及護理師大於專科護理師、固定白班大於輪班者。研究顯示輪班者之自主成就感較高,但對醫院的政策與福利之滿意度則較低,本研究作為醫院護理人員人事管理之參考。
The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship of scheduling and job satisfaction in the hospital nurse. We used structural questionnaire to collect the data. Job satisfaction is divided into three dimensions, including “the interpersonal relationships and the working atmosphere”, “the autonomy and the sense of achievement” and “the policy and welfare”. The 179 samples came from hospital nurses in Kaohsiung-Pingtung area. The result showed that the scale of “the interpersonal relationships and the working atmosphere” of the clinical nurse was significantly higher than the specialist. In the scale of “the autonomy and the sense of achievement”, the factors such as “working in the regional hospital”, “leader “, and “shifts nurse” cause significantly higher score. In the scale of “the policy and welfare”, the factors such as “nurse” and “day shift” cause higher score. The results of this study could be as a reference for personnel management in hospital nurses.
