    Title: 發芽糙米可調升胰島素接受器訊息傳遞預防餵食高脂飼料老鼠之高血糖

    Abstract: 發芽糙米(Pre-germinated brown rice ,PGBR)已被證實有益於改善糖尿病,這項研究的目的是證實PGBR 預防C57BL/6J 小鼠高血糖機制。本研究將6 週大之C57BL/6J 小鼠隨機分為三組。第1 組餵食標準正常飲食,第2 組餵食高脂肪的飲食(high fat diet,HFD),第3 組老鼠餵食高脂飲食加PGBR 飲食(HFD& PGBR),為期15 週。第1 組和第2 比較,第2 組有較高的血壓、心跳率、較高的血糖及糖化血色素濃度和較低血清胰島素。在第2 的高脂肪組其骨骼肌中胰島素受體、胰島素受體基質-2(insulin receptor substrate-2,IRS-2)、葡萄糖運輸體蛋白1(glucose transporter-1,Glut-1)、葡萄糖運輸體蛋白4 (Glut-4) 和葡萄糖激酶glucokinase(GCKR) 皆有意義的比餵食HFDPGBR 組降低。因此我們推測發芽糙米有預防高脂飲食誘導的高血糖,是經由提高胰島素濃度及改善胰島素受體、葡萄糖運輸體而影響葡萄糖代謝以達降血糖效能。
