Abstract:	台灣高齡人口中有89%患有慢性病，亦影響家屬與病患的負擔。本研究採用結構式問卷，針對家中65 歲以上慢性病老人之家屬進行調查，取得家屬對家中患病長者的需求與滿意度。結果發現，長者患病10 年以下之家屬、女性的疾病與照顧方法需求較大。經濟負擔越大，心靈支持及生活協助需求越大，滿意度越低。受長者情緒越多，社會、心靈支持及生活協助需求越大，滿意度越低。建議家屬加強疾病與照顧方法及社會服務等資訊，加入健康照護的行列。
