Abstract:	台灣面臨著高齡化問題，且慢性病為主要就診與死亡的原因。本研究針對65 歲以上慢性病族群進行隨機訪談。分析結果發現，職業、年齡、居住地及生活習慣會影響內在需求。另外，居住地、性別、婚姻、教育程度、用藥數目及遵照醫囑與否將影響滿意度。對此，本研究建議家屬應適時對長者表達關心，滿足其內在需求，提升居家照顧滿意度。社會服務方面，應了解銀髮族資訊來源，利用合適方法推廣並妥善運用後提升社會服務滿意度。
