    Title: 本土性黑殭菌之製劑研發及其生物活性指標建立

    Abstract: 本試驗篩選自本土性有益蟲生真菌之黑殭菌MA-126菌株,以108 conidia/ml孢子懸浮液
    3%(v/v)為接種源至米粒含水量平均為35%(w/w),利用固態發酵之米粒太空包於室溫培養
    10~12天後,經乾燥2~3天,使其米粒含水量平均降至10%,以震篩方式可得到1010 conidia/g
    之黑殭菌純孢子粉。以二齡末幼蟲之小菜蛾進行黑殭菌MA126之生物活性指標試驗,從感
    染小菜蛾3天後之致死率結果得知,小菜蛾LC50濃度為1.82 × 106 conidia/ml。另外,以7.24 ×
    106 conidia/ml之黑殭菌孢子懸浮液濃度噴施於二齡末幼蟲之小菜蛾結果得知,小菜蛾LT50
    為3.4天。另外,從水稻之室內水稻褐飛蝨之防治試驗結果得知,黑殭菌MA 126以108 conidia/
    ml對水稻褐飛蝨之防治率為54.0%,9.6 %益達胺稀釋2000倍之防治率為43.8%;田間生物防
    治試驗結果得知,黑殭菌MA 126以108 conidia/ ml對水稻褐飛蝨之防治率為41.6%,9.6 % 益
    達胺稀釋1500倍之防治率為9.0%。由此可知,黑殭菌MA 126對水稻褐飛蝨之防治效果比9.6%
    益達胺化學殺蟲劑較佳。
