    Title: 香附子及數種植物萃取物對果蠅乙醯膽鹼酯酶活性抑制試驗

    Abstract: 香附子(Cyperus rotundus L.)為一種東方傳統中草藥及農民最頭疼之雜草,已有多篇研究報告指出香附子之萃取成份對人體具有多種生物活性如抗血小板、抗發炎及神經保護作用。對果蠅具有殺幼、成蟲作用、抑制電鰻乙醯膽鹼酯酶(Acetylcholinesterase﹔AChE)及抑制小麥及蕃茄之種子發芽及生長作用。本試驗以70 %酒精進行香附子及數種植物包括肉桂、無患子、變葉木之萃取物萃取濃縮,配製不同濃度對果蠅AChE之生化活性抑制試驗及進行AChE蛋白質電泳之條紋抑制作用呈色分析。試驗結果發現於濃度100及10 mg/ml之香附子、肉桂、無患子、變葉木之萃取物對果蠅 AChE之活性抑制百分比(%),分別為78.2、75.2、89.5及84.2 % ;74.8、73.7、76.7及66.9% ,而對照組毒扁豆鹼於濃度10ug/ml對果蠅 AChE之活性抑制為99.7(%)。在AChE蛋白質電泳之條紋抑制作用呈色分析試驗方面發現香附子之粗萃取物成份的確對果蠅 AChE之某些蛋白質條紋造成抑制作用,此點與香附子之粗萃取物造成果蠅死亡是否有關﹖是一項值得進一步探討的課題,研發低毒有效之天然植物性殺蟲劑是未來植物保護之趨勢亦是對生態環境最友善的方式。
