Abstract:	本研究針對增稠劑的成膠條件進行初步之研究，其最終目的是希望可開發應用於水膠型面膜之基底材料。研究的重點主要在探討相關條件(增稠劑種類、濃度及組合、其他因素)對carrageenan 成膠的影響，初步的結果顯示，carrageenan (1%)在70oC 以下無法單獨成膠，但在70oC 以上卻可成膠。然而在其他條件的配合下，在70oC 就可成膠，包括增加濃度(2%)、添加CaCl2(0.1%)、和其他增稠劑的組合(xanthan gum、或是guar gum、以及carbomer940)。此外也就膠體的硬度及透明度進行初步的觀察，這些研究結果將對水膠型面膜基底材料的開發提供重要依據。
