    Abstract: 本文主要研究分成第一部分及第二部分
    第一部分:二價單核銅化合物合成
    CuL1:將L1(基團以1,3-diaminopropane-2-ol及salicyaldehyde經由Schiff,、sbase反應合成)含水過氯酸銅,分別加入溶在甲醇溶液充分緩慢攪拌,混合後反應。CuL2:Salicyaldehyde與含水過氯酸銅,分別加入溶在甲醇溶液充分緩慢攪拌,混合後反應。CuL3:將Aceylation與含水過氯酸銅,分別加入溶在甲醇溶液充分緩慢攪拌,混合後反應。CuL4:將Benzoylaceton與含水過氯酸銅,分別加入溶在甲醇溶液充分緩慢攪拌,混合後反應。第二部分:類兒茶酚酶反應性二價單核銅化合物在甲醇溶液中會被3,5-di-tert-butycatechol (DTBC).迅速還原成一價單核銅化合物,3,5-di-tert-butycatechol (dtbc).被氧化成醌類,可從UV-VIS光譜的吸收帶了解它的反應性質。
