Abstract:	本研究目的為探討影響護理人員健康自我管理因素，藉由健康信念模式之運用來了解護理人員對自身預防性健康行為利益及執行健康時可能之阻礙。護理工作負荷及多重角色的衝突，將影響護理人員身心健康，個人的健康信念、工作年資、宗教信仰、與家人同住有相關性。本研究依據健康信念模式發展護理人員健康自我管理量表，研究變項包含自覺罹病性、自覺嚴重性、自覺行動利益、自覺行動障礙及自我效能問卷，並採橫斷式立意取樣南部某家地區教學醫院護理人員共112位，問卷收集後以SPSS/PC18.0進行t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及複迴歸等統計分析。預期成果為（一）了解影響護理人員執行健康信念之相關因素：（二）了解不同工作單位之護理人員健康自我管理之差異處；（三）提供醫院管理階層發展及協助護理人員健康自我管理之重要參考。
