    Title: 以實證觀點探討咀嚼口香糖是否可促進腸胃道手術後病人排氣、進食時間及腸阻塞問題?

    Abstract: 運用實證搜尋手法,選擇符合咀嚼口香糖是否可促進腸胃道手術後病人排氣、進食時間及腸阻塞問題主題文獻,進行系統性回顧,計劃實施分實驗組(咀嚼口香糖)及對照組(禁食組)選取某醫學中心接受腸胃道手術病人,於手術前一天,經病人同意,衛教病人於手術24 小時後開始咀嚼口香糖,由護理長每日提供無糖口香糖三次,教導病人咀嚼每次20 分鐘。護理師測量第一次排氣時間、進食時間、腸阻塞問題,資料以Excel 軟體建檔,使用 SPSS forWindows18.0 套裝軟體進行描述性及統計推論,結果平均第一次排氣時間縮短22.7 小時、手術後開始進食時間提前39 小時、住院天數縮短8.7 天,均有顯著差異;術後腸阻塞合併症發生率實施後為0%,實施前為11.1%,證實咀嚼口香糖對腸胃道手術病人是可提早排氣、進食時間及縮短住院天數。本研究方案期望能造福更多病人,也使病人對醫療手術後的照護品質更加優質及人性化。
