Abstract:	三仙膠(Xanthan, Gum)為微生物Xanthomonas campestris 所產出之胞外多醣體。常用作為食品安定劑，增稠劑(thickener)與加工助劑(processing aid)等。明膠又稱魚膠或吉利丁，是一種從動物的骨頭或結締組織提煉出來，帶淺黃色的膠質，主要成分為蛋白質。本研究是利用三仙膠、明膠等兩種不同天然高分子膠，添加在含化學防曬成分亞佛苯酮 (Parsol 1789,Butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane)與物理防曬成分二氧化鈦(TiO2)的防曬配方中，探討其對體外防曬係數(Sun Protection Factor, SPF)值及酸鹼度(pH)、電位(mV)的影響。實驗結果顯示，添加三仙膠與明膠時的電位以明膠較穩定，且產品的酸鹼度(pH)都在5.5~5.8 之間，屬於人體皮膚正常的酸鹼值。
