Abstract:	背景:全球慢性阻塞性肺病病人口遽增，醫療資源耗損龐大，經醫療處置後，病人仍處於呼吸困難中，近年來因另類輔助醫療盛行，故本文利用穴位指壓協助病人緩解呼吸困難症狀。目的:本文以穴位指壓在慢性阻塞性肺病病人減輕呼吸困難，統合文獻中常用穴位，藉此文章提供臨床護理人員學習並落實病人自我照顧穴位指壓中執行。方法:利用CEPS、台灣博碩士論文知識加值系統、台灣期刊論文索引系統、PubMed、ProQuest Medical Library、ProQuest Nursing & Allied Health Source、MEDLINE(1999-目前)、Cochrane、Science Direct、EBSCO: Academic Search Elite (EBSCOhost)、CINAHL Plus with FullText (EBSCOhost)資料庫中，以2003-2013 年之文獻關鍵字進行搜尋，最後選取3 篇，進行文章分析及整理。結果:研究發現穴位按壓可改善慢性阻塞性肺病病人呼吸困難症狀，並可增加6 分鐘步行距離。討論:本文結果可提供臨床護理師照護慢性阻塞性肺病病人時，教導自我穴位按壓減輕呼吸困難症狀，減少病人因疾病造成生活功能障礙。
