    Title: 本土性黑殭菌微生物殺蟲劑可濕性粉劑之理化特性測試

    Abstract: 本試驗篩選自本土性有益蟲生真菌之黑殭菌MA-126菌株,利用固態發酵之米粒太空
    包方式進行黑殭菌的培養,取培養10~12天之孢子米粒,以4:1的比例添加賦形劑而
    配製成黑殭菌粉劑產品。依據經濟合作暨發展組織優良實驗室操作規範(OECDGLP)
    來進行本試驗之理化試驗測試,將黑殭菌樣品經處理後,檢測其酸鹼值pH為
    6.92,物理狀態為粉狀,氣味為無臭、無刺鼻味,具有巧克力味,顏色為淺灰綠色
    ,粒徑大小為60 mesh,含水量為12%,其孢子發芽率達95%以上。黑殭菌以添加修飾
    澱粉N-7(代號粉劑B)之製劑於室溫儲放6個月之孢子發芽率為72.1%。另外,黑殭菌
    粉狀B製劑施用於溫室高麗菜之小菜蛾防治效果測試,從實驗結果得知,3齡小菜蛾
    累積死亡率隨著施用濃度提高而上升,死亡率 2.8 x 106 conidia/ml。明年將繼續
    探討性及開發黑殭菌製劑及其儲藏安定與田間生物防治試驗,以作為未來黑殭菌之
    技術轉與生物製劑產品商品化之參考依據。
