摘要: The purpose of this investigation is to understand the needs of SME (hereafter referred as Small and Middle Enterprise) business managers for applying mobile device to signoff official documents, in order to design mobile document-signoff APP s, office programs, and offer an opportunity to discuss with the manufactories of smart-phone for designing other useful and relative SMEs smart-phone applicative programs. Qualitative approach is adopted to analyze the literature and interview with SMEs business managers; however, according to the result, due to the differences between industries, management strategies, and organizational culture, most of the interviewed managers did not agree to adopt mobile document-signoff APP for their official and important documents and contracts. Therefore, there are three suggestions are offered after this investigation: 1. Mobile document-signoff APP can be designed only for routine documents; 2. Mobile document-signoff APP can be designed for marketing managers to grasp the "instant business" message; 3. Understand the business habits, culture, experiences, and decision-making needs of the target groups and make one-to-one interviews before developing mobile document-signoff APP
