    Title: 滴丸劑型開發與應用

    Abstract: 牛樟芝(Antrodia camphorata),為食用藥用菇,只生長在台灣特有的牛樟樹,早期因為濫墾,保
    育類牛樟樹大量減少,近年來發展出液態發酵、段木植菌及皿培等人工培養方式,其中皿培式牛樟
    芝的培養成本較低,收成時間也較短,因此樟芝原料得到補充。本研究以皿培式牛樟芝進行樣本培
    養,對牛樟芝作基源鑑定,純化牛樟芝之DNA 後以PCR 和膠體電泳確認牛樟芝的基因序列,藉由
    物理觀察,定時記錄其各時期之生長情況,並對各生長週期的牛樟芝採樣,進一步萃取各時期牛樟
    芝並加以純化,以HPLC 分析生長週期對有效成分的影響。目前結果得知,牛樟芝經由膠體電泳分
    析後確認含有牛樟特有基因,透過萃取的方式已取得甲醇、正己烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水層萃取
    物,以管柱純化乙酸乙酯萃取物,取得純化結晶物。本實驗藉由觀察各時期皿培式牛樟芝的成分,
    得到皿培式牛樟芝生長週期天然物成分含量的最佳時間,並透過純化萃取的方式建立牛樟芝中天然
    活性物質的萃取方法,最後以牛樟芝粗萃物作滴丸劑的試量產,以利後續產品開發。
