    Title: 高效微生物肥料微膠囊劑型開發與應用

    Abstract: 實驗目的:比較以微膠囊包覆及未包覆溶磷菌2種劑型對植物生長促進之效果。
    實驗材料與方法:
    以育苗盤作為油菜(品系:晚生種)育苗用,種子發芽約生長出二片幼葉,後定植於4吋盆,栽培介質為金速育企業社-速育培養土,每盆300g,每盆移植5株。將兩種微生物菌16-1(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)及SD-9H(Bacillus subtilis)分別製作微膠囊及液態菌菌液,調製成1x107、1x106cfu/ml不同濃度,設計全化肥組(油菜建議用肥比例為N:P:K=16:8:12+50%有機質)、1/2化肥組、1/2化肥+1/2微膠囊組、微膠囊組、對照組為液態菌(未包埋)組,為確認微膠囊具有保護活菌效果,對照組及微膠囊組皆需先儲架於室溫兩個月後,始能使用之;分別澆灌至油菜或白菜苗之苗盤中,每週施用一次,澆灌至栽培介質表面濕潤即可。培育50~75天後,分別將其採收,測量植株地上部鮮重、高度及地下部根重、根長。每菌株8處理,5重複,每重複5株。
