    Title: 比較米糠醇與發芽糙米萃取物對餵食高脂飼料之老鼠血糖控制

    Abstract: 米糠醇(γ- oryzanol,O)大多存在發芽的米中,本研究比較市售米糠醇與發芽糙米萃 取物 (Extract of Pre-germinated brown rice ,PO)對餵食高脂飼料小鼠之血糖控制。首先 購買6週大之正常小鼠隨機分為六組:正常飲食組 (Normal diet,ND)、高脂肪飲食組(high fat diet,HFD)、高脂飲食每日加服用市售米糠醇0.5 (HFD&0.5 O) 與5 mg (HFD& 5 O)或 發芽糙米萃取物之米糠醇0.5(HFD& 0.5 PO)與5 mg(HFD& 5 PO),為期18週。 結果顯示HFD和控制組比較,HFD組有較高的體重。HFD& O 組及 HFD& PO組在 第8週後,體重就開始有意義的比HFD組低。在第18週時,HFD組之糖化血色素與平均 估計血值比控制組有義的升高; 而HFD& O 組及 HFD& PO 組此二數值則明顯比HFD 組 低。 因此我們推測發米糠醇與發芽糙米萃取物有預防高脂飲食誘導的老鼠高血糖現象,且 發芽糙米萃取物應該是米糠醇。
