Abstract:	由於高齡化社會，近年來醫療健康產業已成為各企業積極佈局與發展具有高吸引力的市場，因此許多企業及各家醫院相繼提供高級的健康檢查服務，他們引進精密的儀器、建設體適能中心等設施，並主動提供後續處置及追蹤等服務，提升整體健檢品質與服務，以附加價值展現獨樹一幟的特色，期在產業中脫穎而出。本研究是以藍海策略探討應用在醫療健康產業中健康檢查中心，並以長春藤預防醫學健康管理中心為例，探討長春藤預防醫學健康管理中心的藍海策略之策略草圖以及四項行動架構，並以產業與受檢者的觀點來給予總結。
