    Abstract: Yuan, Mei-Chun; Le Thi Thu Trang;Huang Yen-Chieh; Pham LongIn today intensive competition, to survive anddevelop, businesses have to find out ways to reduceemployees’ job stress and increase their satisfaction.This study aims to find out the elements of job stresson Phuc Loc’s employees, as well as the motivationof employees working in Phuc Loc.The research has solved the proposedhypotheses. The model of job satisfaction at PhucLoc includes 04 independent factors (17 observedvariables), and job satisfaction (20 observedvariables). The data collected from 300 responses
    usable for analysis, first is to conduct descriptiveanalysis of observed variables. The results show that
    most employees at Phuc Loc underestimated jobstress and are satisfied with the work they are doing.
