    Title: 向日葵成分萃取技術建立及其相關產品開發

    Abstract: 根據向日葵各部位萃取物之抑菌試驗,結果發現向日葵花瓣之甲、乙醇萃取物對三種菌(E.coli, Staphylococcus aureus金黃色葡萄球菌,Propionibacterium acnes 痤 瘡桿菌)具有最佳之抑菌效果,而花瓣萃取物對痤瘡桿圈:乙醇(3mm)>甲醇(1.66mm)>水(0mm)。完成小型量產向日葵手工皂200塊(90±4.5g/塊)、向日葵保濕面膜200片(25±1.25mL/片),以及向日葵有機質肥料150包(20±1kg)。根據去汙力試驗比較結果:自製向日葵肥皂(97.67%)>南王肥皂(市售)(97.19%)>摩登肥皂 (市售)(96.55%)>水(88.82%),故自製向日葵肥皂不亞於一般市售之去污能力。
