    Title: Isobicyclogermacrene-type Sesquiterpenoids from the Soft Coral Sinularia lochmodes.

    Abstract: A new isobicyclogermacrene-type sesquiterpenoid, lochmolin H (1), along with one known sesquiterpenoid 2, were isolated from the soft coral Sinularia lochmodes. The structure and relative configuration of the new compound was assigned by a combination of one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopic analysis and comparison of the NMR data with those of known analogues.
