    Title: 鴨油應用於護手足保養霜之評估

    Abstract: 我們利用國內大宗畜禽土番鴨屠宰後之脂肪下腳料,尋求榨取及純化之最佳條件及方式以製作高品質之含不飽和脂肪之鴨油,運用鴨油具備有高不飽和脂肪酸含量、不乾性油、高Vit A含量、低過氧化價值及低酸價值之特點開發護手足霜。我們發現鴨油經80℃乾煉後經室溫冬化靜置一週可有效分離飽和脂肪及不飽和脂肪,而進行85℃高溫脫酸及脫色步驟會明顯提高過氧化價值而影響鴨油品質。我們使用乾煉及冬化處理之鴨油進行護手霜及護足霜之組合配方設計及製備,這二種劑型配方在離心3000 rpm 20分鐘或恆溫恆濕(38℃、70%濕度)條件下靜置28天,發現皆具有良好的乳化安定性,總生菌數也低於100 CFU/g,也未檢出四大重金屬,這些結果顯示含有4~6%鴨油之護手霜及護足霜是可以符合化妝保養商品之基本要求。
