    Title: 油菊萃取及成分分析

    Abstract: 台東知本溫泉歷史悠久,每年旅遊收入日益增高,大眾對泡湯活動極為熱愛。知本溫泉地區往常以泡湯為主,鮮少和在地產業結合,本計畫以自行栽培之有機油菊,利用其香氣與活性成分研發入浴劑商品,並結合當地溫泉業者,以創新多元方式,達到推廣東部特色產業及帶動地方經濟的效益。油菊(Chrysanthemum indicum)在許多研究報告證實全株含許多精油與功能性活性成分,過去油菊花的部位,因帶有特殊香氣且香氣濃厚,常開發應用成茶包飲品,其餘如枝葉的部分,過去通常成為廢棄物,藉此次計畫執行,利用生物科技方式萃取花的部位與葉子的部分,進行花與枝葉的成分分析,評估是否可從下角料枝葉的部分開發再利用,以提升油菊之全株利用性,利用不同萃取技術,萃取出其內含成分,並經由氣相層析質譜儀(GC-MS: Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry)和高效能液相層析儀(HPLC:High Performance Liquid Chromatography)等光譜分析儀器鑑定不同方式萃取之內含成分。評估花與葉子部分之多元利用性,以建立萃取技術後添加至技術商品化之產品,以提升業者萃取技術能力,與在地特色觀光產業結合開創油菊多元利用之新價值。
