    摘要: The aging society causes the huge market of health care and promote the development of telecare industry. The study chose a well-known telecare platform company as case company. To begin with, the study used business model framework to analyze the actual operations of telecare platform. Then, in view of user demand to recognize which parts of the platform can be improved and added innovative service concept to the current platform. Finally, the study wants to construct an integrated telecare business model as a total solution. The solution used the modular system theory to split each service. Meanwhile, in the use of main activities and service blueprint can design the service process. Eventually, the results concluded that the comparison of current platform and innovative platform. It indicates the importance of the solution that bring value to target customers. The research results can provide a reference for any company want to build a telecare platform.
