    Abstract: 本計畫執行沉香葉子發酵工作，運用馬來西亞約8000株之瑞香科植物，進行大規模採集葉子進行發酵工作，預計將收集超做100公斤的葉子進行發酵，並建立發酵標準化的作業程序，除收集發酵過程之各類參數外，將評估其產率及品質等，做為未來產學合作公司投資發展的參考依據。
