    Abstract: 本研究主要透過一些實驗檢測,經由紅藜加工衍生出來的健康食品或飲品,檢測項目包含SOD-kike 活性、總酚含量測試、總類黃酮含量測試、甜菜色素分析、抗氧化活性測定 FRAP(ferric reducing ability of plasma)還原力、DPPD自由基清除力分析、總游離胺基酸以及還原力(Reducing power)測定等共7項檢測。
