    Abstract: 台灣經濟發達，但因地小人稠，人口大量集中都市，在高樓林立的大都會區，有關居民的居住關係，卻無專門法規來規範，所幸，拜「衛爾康」、「快樂頌」事件所賜，公寓大廈管理條例，於去年在立法院迅速通過，並在於去年六月三日生效，是為全民之福，由於是新制訂之法規，大家可能都覺得陌生，本文擬以逐條方式，簡單的介紹本條例，同時並提出若干問題。
