    Abstract: 本專案計畫為協助「國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會彰化農場」簡稱「彰化農場」官方網站之中文版內容與相關功能架構建置進行規劃。所有網頁內容以具備可看性、可讀性、活潑性，顧及使用者的使用感受，方便群眾瀏覽操作需求以達到協助使用者瞭解網站的主要內容和服務，並配合「政府網站版型與內容管理規範」呈現具一致性、親和力、網頁瀏覽流暢、資訊搜尋操作簡單等目標之網站。
