    摘要: No organization is perfect. Problems always show up from time to time.Especially,the people's problems are the most difficult matter to solve.The case study concentrates on the discussion of people's problems,which happened in Southern real estate company.I would like to pick up some key issues,and illustrate more in this article.The issues are communication,leadership,work restructuring and motivation.I also divide this article into three parts:corporation background,analysis and recommendations. Because this is a real case,I hope you will enjoy the reading and give me your comments.Thanks.
