Abstract:	The jury is one of the most important systems within the judicial trail of the US. Jurors，members of the jury，play a vital role the same as judges when cases are tried. It is interesting to know something about the jury.In addition，the jury is an eight hundred-year-old system.Whether it is an updating system in this socicty is worth being discussed.In the article，we will discuss all the above points. Finally，we will find the july still can fit itself for its new duty in the society.
