Abstract:	高齡族群心智障礙影響自我照顧能力，增加照顧者負擔，也相對提高醫療照護支出，相關研究指出老人憂鬱症、譫妄導致認知障礙，而輕度認知障礙也與早期失智症有關。高齡心智狀態與影響因子需更多證據支持，以及早發現高齡心智異常變化，早期介入治療以降低失能風險。
