    Abstract: 本文係筆者計劃寫作的《左傳的研究‧源流篇》的第二章。至目前為止，《左傳》的作者仍然是學術界難以解決的公案。研究《左傳》的學者，或篤守傳統，認定《左傳》的作者就是左丘明；或承啖、趙之緒，疑左氏非丘明，而提出作《左傳》的可疑人物。本文乃就歷來各家的研究，做一番有系統的整理與敘述，發現懷疑《左傳》作者的，尚無確鑿的証據足以推翻舊說，取消左丘明的著作權。
