    Title: 光譜分析於食品檢測應用

    Abstract: 近年來可攜帶紅外光譜儀越來越普及,國際間有越來越多廠商投入,硬體發展相對成熟,但是近紅外光譜預測的模型要適用於不同食物檢測應用,仍需累積數據,建立準確化學計量學的預測模型,才有機會到消費者端被普遍應用。模型參數選擇對紅外線模型建立扮演重要角色,本研究計畫使用SVM演算法於近紅外線食品成分分析,SVM模型優化使用搭配最近熱門metaheuristic演算法如Grey Wolf Optimizer,以群體智慧選擇SVM最佳參數,得到最好的RMSE預測值及R2值。GWO-SVM計算結果分別是: train的R2都在0.995附近,test的R2都在0.9875附近。train的RMSE都在0.7以下,test的RMSE都在1.1以下。train及test數據都有很好的RPD,train的RPD都在13以上,test的RPD都在8以上。
