    Abstract: 教學是學校的重心,教學有效,學校教育品質自然提昇。經由教師是達成教育目標最主要的途徑,協助教師改進教學是教育行政的中心工作。因此,視導人員在支援教師教學的專業領域中佔極重要的角色。他們的工作有一大部份是與教師在一起-訪談、引導、或在旁協助,此與教師的互動過程,也就往往牽涉到視導人員的領導行為是否恰當,能否達到改進教學的效果。
