    Abstract: 本研究主要藉由ICP資料庫來了解台灣地區消費者購買冷氣機之購物導向及消費者在購買冷氣時是否有不同的類型存在?本研究依年齡、教育水準、同居人口、家庭生命週期來探討冷氣機之市場區隔變數。研究結果發現年齡、家庭生命週期與冷氣機的購買有顯著相關。在產品屬性方面,一般購買冷氣的消費者依次注重「省電」、「價格合理」、「售後服務」、「安靜無聲」等因素,可做為廠商加強產品功能或訂定行銷策略之參考。
