摘要:	In the article,two major organizational structures，bureaucracy and matrix organization,were compared. The contain includes the characteristics of two stures，the difference of their lines of commuination，the difference of the two structures. Base on this comparison，matrix structure is more complication than bureaucracy.And in thus everchanging society，we need more flexibe，efficient，and multi-disciplinary cooperation to deliver the best health care to people. Therefore,the differences of the two structures should be known by health care providers. The health care institutions are an essential portion of society. In nineteenth century, they provide a place for people to go when they were ill or sick. Until now, hey provide treaments for institutions the sick . Therefore, the role of the health care institutions can be seem as an importantintustry which hate to efficiently meet the requirements of the sick as well as those of the healthy people . But ,what makes the institutions work efficiently ? The answer lies in the managerial structure of the institutions and how this structure is utilized.
