    Abstract: 國文作文固非易事,英文作文之非易更不待言。是以英文作文,如無妥善之設計與有系統之教學,則事半功倍,殆無績效。反之,如規劃得宜,講求起始本末、先後次第,並能依序漸進,循循善誘,則教者與學者必然興趣昂揚,欲罷不能。事半功倍,績效彰顯指日可期。
      衡諸學習心理與乎語文熟諳之原理,英文表達方式不論口述抑或筆述,端賴有系統之規劃與引導,由淺入深,由近及遠,逐步導引學者諳熟英文,誘使學生應用所學,如語法、措辭、句義等技巧,以表情達意。學以致用,循序漸進,學習以英文思考,而渾然忘我,涵泳於英文之中。如是持之以恆,假以時日,學生之英文必日益精進。因受每ㄧ階段進展與成就之激勵,學生更奮發向上,學習動機與興趣隨之不斷提昇。
      樂見莘莘學子溝通與表達能力與時併進,英文朗朗上口。文思橫溢,行文流水,信手拈來皆文章,左右逢源,大有林蔭道上應接不暇之慨。
