Abstract:	本研究採用文獻調查法，探究學校本位教學視導與評鑑的相關理論與研究，以完成以下之研究目的： 1.了解當前課程與教學的發展趨勢。 2.探討課程與教學發展趨勢及其對教師專業知能發展的影響。 3.分析目前學校本位教學視導與評鑑的現況。 4.提出學校本位教師教學評鑑模式，以作為學校教師專業知能評鑑的參考。
